Rustic Apple Tart 9″
A buttery, short dough (also known as pâte sucrée) filled with frangipane & baked with seasonal fresh apples and sliced almonds. A sweet, buttery short dough shell (Pâte Sucrée) filled with our homemade vanilla custard and a thin layer of yellow sponge cake, topped with an assortment of fresh fruit, a thin layer of apricot glaze and a white chocolate Porto’s plaque. Our cakes are decorated by hand, designs may differ slightly.
