Our cozy twist on a classic Danish made just for Fall! Each year’s organic pumpkin harvest is selected for peak flavor, then slow-cooked for a rich, velvety texture. We fold it into a spiced custard with condensed milk and scoop it inside our award-winning croissant dough. Finished with a cinnamon-oat streusel with nutmeg, pumpkin seeds and a touch of simple syrup.
