Description

Porto’s signature potato purée filled with a rich seafood sofrito: calamari, sweet shrimp, and scallops. Simmered slowly with sautéed onions, roasted red peppers, garlic, and crushed tomatoes. Finished with notes of Spanish spices and sherry and coated in a crispy cilantro panko crust.
