For the safety and quality of our products, we do not permit the resale of any items purchased from our bakery. Our products are made fresh daily and are intended to be enjoyed immediately or stored according to our guidance. Unauthorized resale may compromise food safety, and therefore, large-quantity purchases may be limited or denied at our discretion.
Items may not be resold, redistributed for profit, or offered for sale by any third party (including pop-ups, marketplaces, or delivery services not authorized by us).
Examples of prohibited activity
This includes, without limitation:
- Repackaging, relabeling, or removing original packaging
- Advertising our products for sale by an unaffiliated person or business
- Selling or distributing products after storage/transport outside of our recommended handling
Order limits and refusals
We may limit quantities, cancel orders, or decline sales we reasonably believe are intended for resale or unauthorized distribution. We apply this policy consistently and in a non-discriminatory manner.
